Delivery

All items will be delivered within 2-4 working days within the UK unless agreed otherwise. All orders are despatched within 24 hours where possible, international delivery times vary. Please contact us with specific requirements. 

Missing Items

Please ensure you fill in your correct address when ordering. We cannot accept responsibility for the wrong address. Email us if your garment does not arrive.  It is safer if you can have your items delivered when you are present, so provide a secure daytime delivery address where possible.

We cannot accept any liability for loss or damage arising from non-delivery.

Postage and packing costs

Postage and packing charges vary, please check on individual product pages. Please contact us directly if you need to order more than 2 items and we can review postage/packing costs. The free postage offer excludes fabric of greater than 5 metres in length.

Returns Policy

We want you to love your Outsider pieces, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please e-mail us at info@outsiderfashion.com and return the item in a saleable condition within 14 days for a refund or an exchange.

Once agreed and notified, all returns should be sent to Outsider:

Condition of Returned Items - All labels still attached. There are no signs of wear. Un-washed & un-marked, clean, no hairs, smell, pet hair etc. Please place items neatly back in their original packaging where possible.

If we feel the above rules have not been followed we may refuse your refund and send the goods back to you.

Damaged or defective goods

In the event that we require the return of goods then we reserve the right to specify the method of return.
